When a young person changes schools, the effect is usually unsettling. When that is accompanied by a further major change, as is the case here, then that effect is likely to be even greater. One of our first tasks then, is to do all that we can to make these changes as reassuring as possible. We are also conscious of the reasons for a young person joining our school, and take these into account when identifying the school programme. In this school, we believe that your child’s well being is of special importance during the time that he or she is here.
